    Hardcover Binders International (HBI) and the Library Binding Institute (LBI) exist to advocate the highest standards in quality, longevity, and durability of hardcover bound books. In addition, LBI exists to maintain and encourage support for the highest quality standards for Certified Library Binders and to promote their benefits to libraries.
